Copy Cat Closet - New Year's Eve

This week's Copy Cat Closet Challenge from Ma Nouvelle Mode and The Grant Life was New Year's Eve outfits!  This could be so many things since everyone has such different plans.  I almost had to post my fancy PJ's, but then we were invited to a neighborhood party.  Much better, especially when posting your outfit from the occasion!

My outfit turned to be kind of casual with a bit of bling to make it more festive.  Comfortable, since we were going to be outside for most of the night.  A little flashy, but still warm enough for the cool evening.

I made a great discovery when I was up visiting my parents in Jacksonville, FL this past weekend.  My Mom had told me about a Dillard's at the Regency Mall.  I guess they send all of the Clearance items to this Dillard's and when I was there they had their extra 40% off everything deal going on as well.  Women's dresses were buy 1 get 1 free!  I have to say that we spent a few hours there.  Great deals on all your favorite name brands.  That's where I got this fun gold sequin top for only $6!  Perfect for the occasion, but the perfect price if I don't get to wear it that much.

Dillard's had more amazing deals on New Year's Day!  An extra 50% off clearance items and 75% off Christmas items.  If you missed it this year, you must put it on your calendar for next year.  Make sure to get there early for the best selection.  I'm so excited about the plush animal print Christmas tree skirt and ribbon I got for next year.  Perfect to help represent my Jacksonville Jaguars during the holiday season.  I definitely could not have spent $99 on a Christmas tree skirt, or even a skirt for me!

With all of the deals I found, I'm stocked up on clothes for a while.  It was nice to add some different pieces, like colored jeans and tights, that I have really been wanting to add to my wardrobe.  I stocked up on the basics, including jeans and bras.  I even got a few gifts and the hubby got some shirts, a hat, and sunglasses as well.  Exhausting, but my kind of day!  Happy New Year!
