Monogram Mason Jar Candles
One of my favorite things about the Holidays is the lights! Christmas lights, candle lights, and the light from the fireplace. They all give the great ambiance that I love! Now you can create your own little ambiance lights that can be used year round in these Mason Jar Bronzed Monogram Candles!
The process is so simple. I had all the supplies I needed already on hand. You will need empty jars. Any size will you do. I used a shorter salsa jar and a taller mason jar. You will also need letter stickers. You can find these in all different fonts in the scrapbooking section of your craft store. Pick the look that is right for you. Finally you will need a metallic spray paint. I used an oil rubbed bronze color.
Now it is time to choose the design for your candle jar. I used my last initial for my smaller jar, but I wanted something to take up more space on my larger jar, so I used the word LOVE. Simply stick your letters to your jar where you would like your monogram to be.
Find a well ventilated space to lay out your newspapers. Place the jars in the middle and spray paint the entire outside of your jars. It is better to do more, thin layers of paint to avoid dripping. Allow to dry completely.
Your Monogram Candle Mason Jars are ready for their candles. Simply place them inside and light. Now watch the flame dance through your Monogram! These would be great when added to a centerpiece. Use a different letter on each jar and spell out the family's name or even your favorite holiday word like MERRY or JOY.
The Monogram mason jar candles are great for the holidays or as a gift, but they can be so great to add that special light to the rest of your year as well. Enjoy!

I love jars as candles, and a great way to upcycle old jars! I think the center piece idea is fabulous too! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)
