Peanut Butter Apple Salad
Fall is the best time of year for apples! Plus you know what they say about an Apple a Day! Some of my favorites are Gala, Fuji, and Golden Delicious apples. What are your favorites?
Apples are one of the most popular and versatile fruits. They have some health benefits as well. Studies have shown that apples can aid in digestion, lower cholesterol, as well as reducing your risk for some cancers! How can you resist? Start your morning off right with this easy and healthy Peanut Butter Apple Salad.
Peanut Butter Apple Salad

1 apple (chopped into bite size pieces)
1 Tablespoon peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 teaspoon vanilla or plain yoghurt
slivered almonds (or walnuts...)
dried fruit (cherries, golden raisins...)
Combine your peanut butter and yoghurt in a small bowl. The yoghurt is used to make the peanut butter smooth enough to mix. Add more or less yoghurt to taste. Add in your nuts, fruit and apple pieces and mix.
Serves 1.
